Thank you for choosing Kelem Coffee Shop. Next, we will present our delivery policy, with all the information necessary for you to have an excellent shopping experience.

1 - Delivery Area

Our delivery takes place throughout Brazil. And currently, we make fast or same-day deliveries only in Porto Alegre, RS.

2 - Delivery Times
Our goal is to ship products as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive your fresh, quality coffee. Delivery time may vary according to location, and, in general, the estimated time is 7 working days. It is important to highlight that this deadline can be influenced by external factors, such as holidays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, among others. We will do our best to keep you informed of any eventuality that may impact the delivery of your order.

3 - Shipping Calculation
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the products purchased, the delivery distance and the shipping method chosen. During the purchase process, you will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing the order.

4 - Carrier
We work with reliable carriers and partners, aiming to ensure that your order is delivered safely and within the established deadlines.

5 - Packaging and Security
Our products are packaged with care and attention to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use resistant packaging, specially designed to protect the coffee against impacts and preserve its freshness. If you receive a damaged package, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.

6 - Delivery Address
During the purchase process, you must provide the full address for delivery of the products. Please make sure you provide all the correct information, including zip code, to avoid delays or delivery issues. If there is any change to the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update the information.

7 - Absence at the Time of Delivery
It is important that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided. If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, the carrier may make a new attempt at a scheduled date and time. If we are unable to deliver after trying, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

8 - Exchanges and Returns
If there is a problem with the product you received, such as damage during transportation or unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can assess the situation and offer the best possible solution. See our Exchanges and Returns policy for more information.
